A simple yet powerful Ayurvedic ritual for awakening the body.
This bamboo-handled sisal dry brush supports Garshana, the traditional practice of dry brushing used to gently exfoliate the skin, stimulate circulation, and encourage lymphatic flow. Used regularly, it helps remove dull, stagnant layers and invites renewed vitality, warmth, and radiance—without the need for water.
Crafted with natural sisal fibers and a smooth bamboo handle, this brush is ideal for daily or seasonal rituals, especially during Kapha season (late winter & spring) or transitional times when the body benefits from stimulation and movement.
